Camping Polanka Rules and Regulations

Using the services of “Camping Polanka” involves accepting these regulations.

  1. Guests are asked to register at the reception immediately upon arrival. The fee for the stay is to be paid on the day of arrival. All the necessary information you might need during your stay will be provided by the owner of the campsite or an employee between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.
  2. The hotel day at the campsite starts at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
  3. Quiet hours in the entire facility strictly from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  4. Guests can be received on the premises from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The guests wishing to stay after 10 p.m. must be registered at the reception by the person living at our campsite before 10 p.m. No unregistered person may remain on the premises after 10 p.m.
  5. The owner and the facility staff are not responsible for items lost, stolen or left on the premises of Camping Polanka.
  6. The perpetrators are financially responsible for any damage caused at the campsite
  7. The owner of Camping Polanka is not responsible for any damage caused to the vehicles of its guests on the premises (in the form of theft or acts of vandalism on these vehicles) or for items left in them.
  8. The owner of Camping Polanka is not responsible for damage resulting from fire or other random events such as power surges, theft or devastation.
  9. Guests staying at our facility are asked to keep all the places they use clean and tidy.
  10. Camping Polanka is environmentally friendly, therefore waste is segregated according to the instructions on the garbage bins.
  11. Places where owners of trailers and campers can dispose of waste are located at the entrance gate.
  12. Children staying at Camping Polanka should be under adult supervision at all times.
  13. Owners of animals staying at the campsite are fully responsible for their pets, that includes cleaning up after them and supervising them so that they do not pose a threat to other animals and people. The owner is responsible for damage caused by their pets.
  14. Tents, trailers, cars and other tourist equipment should be set up so that they do not pose a threat to other camping users.
  15. There are designated spots for campfires and BBQs
  16. Any damages should be immediately reported to the owner or employee of the campsite.
  17. Breaking any of the regulations may result in a warning and failure to comply may result in removal from the campsite.
